Policy overview
Review image ownership, quality loss, processing limits and target KB constraints. Exporting a photo does not guarantee acceptance by a third-party portal.

Operator, scope and contact
This policy describes Resize Images Online, browser image tools without accounts, payments or server image storage. The site is served at https://resizeimagesonline.net by Nginx on a VPS. The operator’s legal identity, monitored privacy contact, complete hosting-provider arrangements and any required representatives remain unverified. The Contact page records that status and does not accept messages or uploads.
Do not send confidential photographs to an unverified address. A verified contact channel and the actual operator’s legal review are prerequisites for public launch. Using the tool or pressing Agree does not identify you as an account holder, establish an image-hosting agreement, accept Terms through a cookie choice, or give the service ownership of your files.

What the tools do
The service prepares supported static JPEG, PNG and WebP images in your browser: resizing in pixels or percent, cropping, padding, compression, a maximum-byte search, dimension inspection and batch ZIP downloads. There is no account, payment plan, image-hosting account or cloud archive in this release. The tools serve ordinary SDR/sRGB workflows; animation, professional print color management, identity verification and AI restoration are outside the supported scope.
Keep an original copy and verify each delivered file. A preview, nominal quality setting or preset name does not prove that a receiving service will accept the result. Downloads are your responsibility to store and inspect on your device. Successful ZIP archives contain successful outputs; failed or unsupported inputs are not represented as processed files.
Quality, geometry and file-size limits
Resizing changes the pixel grid. JPEG/WebP compression can lose detail, introduce artifacts or alter appearance; a quality value of 100 is not a lossless guarantee. Cropping removes edges. Padding changes the canvas and background. Upscaling estimates new pixels and does not recover detail absent from the source. Export strips original metadata, so it is not an unchanged archive of the input.
Pixel dimensions and encoded byte size are different constraints. Target KB is a measured upper-bound search with bounded attempts, not a promise that any photograph can reach any weight at fixed dimensions and acceptable quality. Complex images or incompatible format/geometry limits can leave the target unmet. The interface reports that outcome. Smaller dimensions are used only when you permit that compromise. A reduced PNG can even be heavier than its source.
Third-party acceptance is not guaranteed
The service does not certify compliance with passport, identity-document, government-portal, marketplace, visa or other third-party photo requirements. Dimensions or target-byte presets are preparation tools, not approval certificates. The receiving organization can impose subject, background, lighting, composition, format, metadata or other conditions and can change them. Read its current rules and verify the final file yourself; no preset guarantees admission.
Your materials and intellectual property
Use only materials you are entitled to process, and respect privacy, copyright and other applicable rights. You retain your rights in input and output images. Choosing a file does not give this service a license to train models on it, publish it, sell it or store it on a server. Local computation does not require a server-storage license. The website’s brand, interface and original editorial materials remain subject to their applicable rights; open-source dependencies retain their own licenses.
Acceptable use and resource boundaries
Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, attempts to exploit the page or its infrastructure, malicious uploads, disruption or bypassing resource protections. Initial software admission caps are 25 MiB per file, 24 megapixels, 8192 pixels per side, 50 files and 250 MiB in the queue. Runtime memory, archive and timeout safeguards can reject work below these caps. They are safeguards, not an unlimited-processing promise or proof that every device can handle the maximum.
Availability, links and optional services
The interface may change, be maintained or become unavailable. Browser capabilities, device resources and network delivery can affect operation. External reference links are provided for context; this service does not control their content or acceptance decisions. No live advertising is configured in this installation. Any later advertising or analytics activation must follow the disclosed consent controls and applicable provider requirements. Optional-service errors must not block local editing.
Responsibility, mandatory rights and changes
Review results before use and keep backups. The service makes no promise of a particular compression saving, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific portal. Any limitation of warranty or liability applies only to the extent permitted by the applicable law and does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. No governing jurisdiction or operator-specific dispute clause is asserted before the operator’s details and legal review are available.
Changes are recorded with an update date. Material changes require appropriate disclosure; a cookie decision is not acceptance of amended Terms. Privacy Policy describes local processing and technical requests. Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings govern optional storage and future optional measurement. A verified contact channel is still required before public launch.
